On behalf of the Executive Committee Members of Asian Shooting Confederation (ASC) and all ASC member federations, I extend my deep appreciation to the people and government of Japan for hosting the Olympics despite many challenges, particularly Japan Shooting Sports family for their untiring hard work and efforts.

Our warmest congratulations to all athletes, coaches, officials as well as national federations for their remarkable efforts in winning quota places for Olympic Games 2020 in Tokyo, Japan.

This is a historical moment for Asia. We believe, your determination, enthusiasm and dedication will certainly result in bringing many more medals for your nations and make them proud.

Message from the Secretary General

Representation in the Olympic Games is a great honor and every athlete’s dream which requires years of training, efforts, and determination. Every athlete has a fair and equal chance for winning a medal in Olympics.

We are glad to see a large number of athletes and nations from all over Asia participating in the Olympic Games 2020 at Tokyo, Japan.

Certainly, each of you will use his/her skills and talent against your opponents. Do your best and compete in the spirit of sportsmanship and fair play and take this opportunity to come closer to each other and find new friends.

We greatly appreciate the efforts of Japanese government, organizing committee and all our friends at National Rifle Association of Japan as well as Japan Clay Target Shooting Association for the successful organization of Olympics and Shooting sport events.
