ASC Medical and Anti-Doping Committee Online Lecture on Travel Medicine and Management of Jet Lag Now Available on ASC Official YouTube Channel

ASC Medical and Anti-Doping Committee successfully conducted an online educational lecture on “Travel Medicine and Management of Jet Lag” on 13 September 2026 via Zoom.

The lecture, delivered by Dr. Asad Abbas Shah, Chairperson of the ASC Medical & Anti-Doping Committee, provided Asian athletes, coaches and team officials with practical, evidence-based guidance to manage the effects of long-distance travel, time-zone changes, sleep disruption, dehydration and travel fatigue ahead of the 20th Asian Games Aichi-Nagoya, Japan.
