Shooting Competition Venues Are Ready for the 20th Asian Games 2026 Aichi-Nagoya, Japan.

The Shooting competition venues for the 20^th Asian Games Aichi-Nagoya 2026 are now ready, and the shooting ranges are fully prepared to host the competitions.

The Shooting competitions will be held from 17^th Sep to 01^st Oct 2026 at the Aichi-Prefectural General Shooting Gallery. The Shotgun, Rifle and Pistol competition venues have been inspected and reviewed by the Technical Delegates, with particular attention given to the shooting ranges, target systems, field conditions, safety arrangements, equipment, and other technical requirements. All facilities and competition areas are fully ready to provide safe, fair, and high-quality conditions for all participating athletes, teams and federations.

Unofficial Training

Unofficial Training for Rifle and Pistol will commence on 16 September 2026, followed by Shotgun Unofficial Training starting on 17 September 2026.

The training sessions will provide participating athletes and teams with the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the competition ranges, target systems, equipment, and venue facilities ahead of the official competitions.

The Aichi-Prefectural General Shooting Gallery features SUIS electronic targets for Rifle/Pistol and Laporte targets and machines for Shotgun, together with advanced electronic scoring and competition systems. These facilities will contribute significantly to providing athletes with excellent competition conditions and ensuring the highest standards of accuracy, efficiency and fairness.
