The ISSF Junior World Cup Rifle / Pistol / Shotgun 2026 officially commenced with an exciting first day of finals, featuring top young talents from around the world competing at the highest level.

The opening day witnessed intense competition in the 10m Air Rifle Women Junior and 10m Air Pistol Men Junior events, with Asian shooters delivering outstanding performances and securing multiple podium finishes.

Medal Winners – 10m Air Rifle Women Junior

• 🥇 Gold: Anceline Brackman (FRA)
• 🥈 Silver: Panaah Bhugra (IND)
• 🥉 Bronze: Helena Ecale (FRA)

In the 10m Air Pistol Men Junior final, Asian shooters dominated the podium with outstanding performances. India’s Shiva Narwal claimed the Gold Medal with a confident display, while Uzbekistan’s Sodikjon Abdullaev secured Silver, and India’s Chirag Sharma added a Bronze Medal, marking a strong and successful showing for Asia in pistol events.
