India Shines in Rifle and Pistol Finals at ISSF Junior World Cup in New Delhi

The ISSF Junior World Cup in New Delhi witnessed another strong day for Asian shooters across three finals: 10m Air Rifle Men Junior, 10m Air Rifle Women Junior, and 25m Rapid Fire Pistol Men Junior.

10m Air Rifle Men Junior Medalists:
🥇 Gold: Himanshu Himanshur (IND)
🥈 Silver: Dmitrii Pimenov (AIN)
🥉 Bronze: Abhinav Shaw (IND)

10m Air Rifle Women Junior Medalists:
🥇 Gold: Ojasvi Thakur (IND)
🥈 Silver: Hrudya Shri Kondur (IND)
🥉 Bronze: Shambhavi Shravan Kshirsagar (IND)

25m Rapid Fire Pistol Men Junior Medalists:
🥇 Gold: Aleksandr Kovalev (AIN)
🥈 Silver: Mukesh Nelavalli (AIN)
🥉 Bronze: Suraj Sharma (IND)

India dominated the rifle events by sweeping all three medals in the 10m Air Rifle Women Junior final and securing Gold and Bronze in the 10m Air Rifle Men Junior final. In the pistol event, Asian talent was also on display with strong performances from AIN shooters alongside India’s Suraj Sharma.
