The 16th Asian Shooting Championship (All Events) continued on 21 August 2025 with the 10m Air Rifle Men events, featuring both individual and team finals. The day brought intense competition and a historic milestone for the host nation.

10m Air Rifle Men – Individual Final

• Gold Medal: Islam Satpayev (KAZ)
• Silver Medal: Lu Dingke (CHN)
• Bronze Medal: Park Hajun (KOR)

Kazakhstan’s Islam Satpayev thrilled the home crowd by winning the first Gold Medal for Kazakhstan at this Championship. China’s Lu Dingke claimed the Silver Medal, while Park Hajun of Korea secured the Bronze.

10m Air Rifle Men – Team Final

• Gold Medal: Rudrankksh Patil, Arjun Babuta, Kiran Jadhav (IND)
• Silver Medal: Li Xianhao, Lu Dingke, Wang Honghao (CHN)
• Bronze Medal: Park Hajun, Lee Junhwan, Seo Junwon (KOR)

India showcased remarkable consistency and teamwork to take the Gold in the Team Final, with China following closely for Silver and Korea completing the podium with Bronze.

10m Air Rifle Men Junior - Individual Final

Gold Medal: Abhinav Shaw (IND)
Silver Medal: Lee Hyunseo (KOR)
Bronze Medal: Ma Sihan (CHN)

India’s Abhinav Shaw produced an excellent performance to capture the Gold Medal, while Lee Hyunseo of Korea and Ma Sihan of China claimed Silver and Bronze respectively.

10m Air Rifle Men Junior – Team Final

Gold Medal: Abhinav Shaw, Suresh Naraen Pranav, Himanshu (IND)
Silver Medal: Ma Sihan, Han Yinan, Liu Junhao (CHN)
Bronze Medal: Lee Hyunseo, Kim Taegyeong, Lee Jonghyuk (KOR)

Team India delivered a historic performance in the 10m Air Rifle Men Junior Team event, setting a new World and Asian Record with a score of 1890.1, surpassing the previous record of 1886.9. Their strong collective effort secured the Gold Medal, while China claimed Silver and Korea took Bronze in a highly competitive final.
