ASC and ISSF Presidents Celebrate Young Shooters at 13th Asian Youth Training Camp

ASC President H.E. Sheikh Salman AlSabah and ISSF President H.E. Luciano Rossi visited the ongoing 13th Asian Youth Training Camp in Pistol, organized by the Asian Shooting Confederation (ASC) in cooperation with the Kazakhstan Sport Shooting Federation. The camp is being held in Shymkent, Kazakhstan, from 12 to 19 August 2025.

During the visit, ISSF President praised ASC President and the Asian Shooting Confederation for their continuous efforts in organizing youth training camps aimed at developing shooting sport at the youth level.

In his remarks, ASC President extended his sincere thanks to the Organizing Committee and the Kazakhstan Sport Shooting Federation, including its President and Secretary General, as well as both instructors, Mr. Gennady and Dr. Asad Abbas Shah, for their valuable contributions to making the camp a success.

Both Presidents also attended the Certificate Awarding Ceremony for the participants of the Youth Training Camp. The ceremony was attended by ASC Vice President H.E. Javaid S. Lodhi, KSSF Secretary General Mr. Oleg Pochivalov, Mr. Abdulla AlHammadi, Chairman of the Technical & Judges Committee, and Mr. Khalid AlJarayed, Technical Delegate for Rifle and Pistol at the 16th Asian Shooting Championship.
