13th Asian Youth Training Camp 2025 in Pistol Concludes Successfully in Shymkent

The 13^th Asian Youth Training Camp 2025 in Pistol successfully concluded in Shymkent, Kazakhstan, after a week of training from 12 to 19 August 2025. Organized by the Asian Shooting Confederation (ASC) in coordination with the Kazakhstan Sports Shooting Federation (KSSF), the camp gathered 21 youth athletes from 7 member federations. Participants focused on strengthening their technical foundation while also attending lectures on psychology, medical aspects, and anti-doping.

A certificate distribution ceremony was held with the presence of the ASC President H.E. Sheikh Salman AlSabah, ISSF President H.E. Luciano Rossi, ASC Vice President H.E. Javaid S. Lodhi, H.E. Oleg Pochivalov Secretary General of KSSF and the Technical Delegates of the 16th Asian Shooting Championship Mr. Abdulla AlHammadi (TD for Shotgun) and Mr. Khalid AlJarayed (TD for Rifle/Pistol), to recognize and appreciate the successful participation of all attendees, marking the completion of their valuable learning experience at the camp.

ASC President conveyed his gratitude to the Kazakhstan Sports Shooting Federation for their support and arrangements, and also extended special thanks to the instructors Mr. Gennady Solodovnikov and Dr. Asad Abbas Shah for their dedicated guidance in training and mentoring the young shooters.
