ASC Extends full Support to Korea’s Bid for 2027 ISSF World Championship (Rifle/Pistol)

The Asian Shooting Confederation supports its member Korea Shooting Federation and their bid to host the 2027 ISSF World Championship (Rifle/Pistol) in Daegu.
Daegu City is a highly experienced organizer of international sport events including the 15th Asian Airgun Championship in the year 2022.

Daegu is building an International Shooting Range which will open in Jun 2027. This facility, welcoming all disciplines, will have a total floor area of 20,609 square meters on a site area of 191,300 square meters. The 10 m Hall will have 80 firing points, the 25m Hall 60 and the 50 m Hall 80, while the shotgun range offers 5 firing points. The finals hall can accommodate 10, 15 and 10 firing points respectively for the 10m, 25m and 50m events.
