Introduction of Coaches and Objective of the 13th Asian Youth Training Camp 2025 – Almaty, Kazakhstan

The Asian Shooting Confederation (ASC), in cooperation with the Kazakhstan Sports Shooting Federation, will organize the 13th Asian Youth Training Camp in Pistol and Trap discipline from 21–28 June 2025 in Almaty, Kazakhstan.

These youth camps have proven their success through consistent organization over the years. The aim is to guide young athletes seeking effective ways to improve their shooting skills. As the camp duration is limited, the focus is not on competition preparation but on building a strong technical foundation.

The key to success in sports includes hard work, determination, and commitment. However, technical elements are equally important. While all athletes know the basics of shooting, each applies them differently. At these camps, we aim to help participants find the right approach to the fundamentals that suits their individual style.

We are pleased to introduce two experienced international coaches who will lead the training camps:

• Mr. Gennady Solodovnikov   – Pistol Instructor
• Mr. Diego Gasperini               – Trap Instructor

Both instructors bring deep expertise and proven success in developing young talent in their respective disciplines. Their guidance will be an invaluable resource for all participating athletes.
