Day 3 of 12th Asian Youth Training Camp in Jakarta Sees Intense Shooting Drills and Unconventional Challenges

Instructor Deepak starts the Day the third day of the 12th Asian Youth and Training Camp Jakarta, INA with Physical and Technical Warm-ups, followed by Shooting Sessions and Unique Training Exercises. A series of intense shooting drills and unconventional challenges have been made by the participants. Under the guidance of experienced instructor Deepak, participants immersed themselves in a day filled with physical warm-ups, alignment shooting, and mental endurance exercises.

The main highlight of the day was the alignment shooting session, where participants focused on honing their accuracy from different positions. Esteemed left, right, and center, the young athletes meticulously fired 20 shots from each position, striving to achieve consistent and precise results.

Following a well-deserved lunch break, participants embarked on a rather unique challenge. Pushing their boundaries, they trained holding without trousers for 20 minutes. This exercise aimed to test their mental discipline, concentration, and focus while maintaining their shooting proficiency.

The afternoon session continued with a focus on precision and control. Participants were tasked with taking 20 shots at a paper target, aiming to group their shots closely together. This exercise aimed to enhance their accuracy and consistency, a crucial aspect of competitive shooting.

As the day drew to a close, the final session centered around opposite holding and cooling down exercises. Participants confronted challenging shooting positions, testing their adaptability and flexibility in unforeseen situations. These exercises not only pushed their limits but also expanded their shooting skillset.
