3rd Day of 10th Asian youth training Camp Skeet - 2023 Kuwait

The third day of 10th Asian Youth Training Camp Skeet 2023 continued to be held with the guidance of camp instructor Mr. Jan Henrik. He exerted his utmost efforts and shared his valuable experience with all the shooters and coaches which will enable to produce talented future shooters.

During the training session Mr. Jan enlightened the shooters and coaches by emphasizing the importance of both physical and mental healthiness of the shooting skeeters. He further delivered some important lessons to shooters by explaining how to gain the precision necessary to perform with efficiency element of pre shoot routine, pre-shoot, stance, grip, mount, hold point, focal point, visual discipline and mental management which will develop the skills of skeet shooters.

Moreover, Asian Shooting Confederation continued to proceed with sports science in 3rd consecutive day which benefited participating shooters. Sport science (Psychology) lecture was conducted under the patronage of Dr.Ahmed AlQallaf who is the professor at Public Authority of Applied Education and Technology.
