Three Qouta Places secured by ASC Member Federations

Lately, the Asian Shooting Confederation (ASC) member federations have showed outstanding performance in qualification Championships for Olympic Games Paris 2024. As of now, three quota places were secured by Qatar, India, and Chinese Taipei in Trap event. This clearly shows that shooting sport has been steadily developing in most of Asian countries and athletes are heavily participating in international and regional Championships.

The upcoming Championships are left with quota places:

• 2022 World Rifle/Pistol Championships Cairo, Egypt (32 Quota Places)
• 2023 Asian Shooting Championship Changwon, KOR (24 Quota Places)
• 2023 53rd World Championship Baku, Azerbaijan (48 Quota Places)
• 2024 Asian Shotgun Championship Kuwait City, Kuwait (8 Quota Places)
• 2024 Asian Rifle/Pistol Championship Jakarta, Indonesia (16 Quota Places)
• 2024 Final Olympic Qualification Championship, TBD (24 Quota Places)

Finally, the ASC encourages all member federations to participate in upcoming Championships to secure quota places for Olympic Games Paris 2024.
