Bright Victories for China and Ukraine 

ISSF World Championship Rifle / Pistol · Cairo, EGY

People's Republic of China and Ukraine won Gold medals today at the World Championship Rifle/Pistol in Cairo, Egypt.

Athletes from People's Republic of China, as the day before, won all three medals in the individual event. In 10m Air Pistol Women Junior the best result was shown by Siyu WANG. Silver was won by Nan ZHAO, Bronze by Yiyao SHEN. After today, the Chinese team has already won 46 World Championship medals and has a confident leading position in Medal Standing.

Ukrainians Yulia KOROSTYLOVA and Maksym HORODYNETS won the 25m Rapid Fire Pistol Mixed Team. Their Gold Medal match rivals Simranpreet Kaur BRAR and Anish ANISHfrom India won the Silver. Third place in a bitter struggle was taken by Jangmi KIM and Seojun KIM from the Republic of Korea.
