Qatar, Kuwait, and UAE wins medal in ISSF Grand Prix Konya, Turkey

The ISSF Grand Prix Rifle/ Pistol/ Shotgun continues in Konya, Turkey. Today, two Gold medals were won by athletes from Kuwait, who are confidently leading in Medal Standing.

Eman AL SHAMAA from Kuwait came to the top of the podium in Skeet Women Final and won her first ISSF competition award. Nur Banu OZPAK from Turkey also won her first ISSF medal among women, finishing second. Finalist of the ISSF World Cup 2022 in Baku Nurlana JAFAROVA from Azerbaijan won Bronze.

World Cups winner and medalist Mansour AL RASHEDI from Kuwait won the Skeet Men Final in a tough fight. Silver was won by the winner and medalist of the World Cups Saif BIN FUTAIS from United Arab Emirates, who showed the best result in the qualification. Third place went to World Cup winner Rashid Sale AL-ATHBA from Qatar.

Tomorrow the competition will end with the Skeet Mixed
team event.
