Quota Places for Asian Countries for Tokyo Olympic Games 2020

On Tuesday, June 8 2021, a meeting was
held between the International Shooting Sports Federation (ISSF) and the member
federations of the Asian Shooting Confederation (ASC).

Many important items were discussed in
the meeting including the ISSF and ASC latest activities. The meeting further
discussed the quota places allocated for the Tokyo Olympics 2020. It is
remarkable that 25 Asian federations out of 44 are participating in the
Olympics (as on 08-Jun-2021).

The Asian athletes and federation made a
great achievement by winning 113 quotas for Asia.

344 quota places out of 360 have been
distributed so far. 16 unused quotas will be reallocated very soon and
information will be updated on ASC website accordingly.
